Biomimicry, Curiosity and Creativity
Curiosity has gotten a bad rap – consider the phrase, ‘curiosity killed the cat’. However, curiosity is is how all scientific breakthroughs begin. As Albert Einstein said,
“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.”
When we are curious, we open to creative solutions and what we need in a quickly evolving world are out-of-the-box solutions. This episode will introduce you to the exciting branch of science known as ‘biomimicry’. Biomimicry is a form of science that studies the strategies natural organisms use to solve challenges.
