Upcoming Events in Springbrook

Join me for a 75min class including yin/yang yoga flow + meditation in the beautiful Springbrook on Sat 9th March, 9:30am. This class is about celebrating, honouring and respecting women. It will be a safe place to connect consciously to body, mind, soul and creativity as well as lifting each other up!

All levels welcome and options to have a gentler or stronger practice will be provided.

After class, enjoy a delicious morning tea, have a cuppa and connect with other women.

$25 with $5 of each ticket going to ‘Share the Dignity’ Foundation. You can pay via cash or electronic transfer on the day or through Eventbrite

Celebrate World Migratory Bird Day in the beautiful Springbrook with a peaceful, grounding yoga, meditation and breathe-work class. In this 90 min class, you will be guided by local Yoga teacher Emma Hawthorne as you connect to yourself and deepen your connection and respect for birds. After a blissful Savasana, enjoy a light morning tea and connect with other like-minded souls before exploring Springbrook. After class, you might want to visit the Springbrook National Park and visit one of the many glorious waterfalls or take yourself to a local cafe nestled within the rainforest to nourish your body and mind.
